📝 Filling Out Your Profile
Provide a short introduction about yourself, so that potential teammates can get to know you!
🛠️ Skills – You can select multiple skills. Available skill categories:
- 💼 Business – Marketing, sales, legal, or financial expertise
- 💻 Tech – Front-end, back-end, mobile app developers, or engineers capable of implementing hardware projects
- 🎨 Design / Creative – Skills in design, visual or textual content creation, artists, and other creative fields
- 🧠 Industry Expert – Participants or mentors with in-depth knowledge and experience (for instance, healthcare professionals!)
💡 Additional Recommendations: Let Others Get to Know You :)
- 🎥Introduce Yourself with a Video: Record a short video about yourself. Upload it to YouTube (set visibility to "Unlisted") Copy the video link into the YouTube or Google Drive (GDrive) link field
- 🔗 Additional Resources: If you have a personal website or other relevant resources, add the link to the About Me field.
💡 Idea Authors and Team Leaders
➕ Adding a New Idea or Team
- Click the Add Idea/Team button.
- Note: You can only add one idea/team.
📋 An Overview of the Required Information
- 🏷️ Team/Idea Name – Choose a name for your idea or team
- ❓ Problem – Briefly explain the issue your project addresses. Provide relevant statistics if possible
- 💡 Solution – Describe how your idea solves the problem and the benefits for users or customers
- 🖼️ Visual Representation – Add an image that represents your idea/project. If not provided, a random image will be assigned
- 🔄 Idea Status – Indicate if this is a new project or something previously worked on. If ongoing, specify completed progress
- 👥 Team Status – Indicate if your team is complete or if you're looking for members
- 🧑💻 Needed Skills – Specify the skills required for new team members
- 🗨️ Skills Comment – Provide details on expected experience and knowledge
- 🎬 Idea/Project Promo Video (optional but recommended): Record a short promotional video Upload it to YouTube (set visibility to "Unlisted") Copy the video link into the YouTube or GDrive link field
- 🌐 Website Link (optional) – Add any relevant links (e.g., project website)
✉️ How to Invite New Team Members
After saving your idea, you can invite members by sending them the unique invitation link found below the idea post. Participants who receive the invitation link are automatically approved in the team.

- Browse through the available ideas/teams
- Open the idea/team that interests you
- Click [Join Team] in the Team section
- Briefly explain why you want to join
✅ You can send multiple Join Team requests 📩 Idea authors can also send Join Team requests
⚖️ Approval & Rejection Process
- After sending a request, the team leader receives an email notification
- The team leader can either [Approve] or [Reject] your request
- You will receive an email confirmation once your request is approved or rejected
- If you have multiple pending requests, approving one will automatically cancel the others
🚪 Leaving a Team
- A team member can leave by clicking [Leave] in the Team section
- A team leader can remove a team member by clicking [Remove] in the Team section
💬 Discussions
- Team members and leaders can start discussions in the Discussion section
- 🔔 Notifications are sent to the team when a new discussion entry is added
- 🌐 If adding a link, ensure the full URL includes https:// or http://
